Rikers Island Cat Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to caring for the community cats living on Rikers Island, NY. Every day, we provide food, fresh water, safe shelter, and veterinary care to cats who have nowhere else to go—helping them live safer, healthier lives.
In addition to caring for feral colonies, we work to socialize and find loving homes for adoptable cats whenever possible.
